Do you have insurance?
Yes! We are covered up to $1M in liability insurance.
Can you get “x” flower for our wedding?
We will absolutely try to source flowers that are meaningful to you but we can’t guarantee anything. We are at the mercy of market and seasonal availability.
do you work with a team?
At the moment, we don’t have a full-time team. We enlist the help of talented freelancers for production and execution during wedding week. This means that myself, Sam, is the primary person for communication, design, flower ordering etc.
Do you provide candles?
Yes! We provide candles as part of our design service for an additional fee. We mainly offer pillars, tapers, and votives. We can always source something if it’s not currently in our inventory. We’ll work together to select candles that make sense with your floral designs and the rest of your decor. We can provide real flames or LED candles depending on the venue’s policy.
Can we repurpose certain designs?
Most likely…we will assist with repurposing flowers from the ceremony to the reception but it needs to be moved as a whole. We can’t take apart a design and reconstruct it during cocktail hour. The key is that the design needs to be viewed from the same angle in both places. For example, we shouldn’t take a ground installation and then put it on top of the bar.
I have no idea how much flowers cost. Help!
Every proposal is custom and every couple’s priorities are different for their wedding day. There is no one-size-fits-all answer for this question. As a rule of thumb to get a rough estimate, you can allocate $150+ per “average” size design such as guest table centerpieces, wedding party bouquets, etc. However, this does not include big ticket items such as installations, wedding bouquets, elevated centerpieces, and others. Small personal flowers such as boutonnieres, corsages, and pocket squares will obviously cost significantly less—usually between $20-50 depending on the desired look. Additional costs are added for labor, delivery, and sales tax.
What packages do you offer?
We don’t provide fixed packages for full-service wedding florals. Our current minimum investment is $5k but how that money is allocated depends on the wedding and couple. We do have one exception which is a NEW offering for elopements which includes 1 bouquet and 1 boutonniere. You can order an elopement package quickly and easily online.
Can we book before the proposal is perfect?
Yes, please do! We understand that most couples don’t know all the nitty-gritty details when they initially contact us. As long as the proposal is heading in the right direction, we suggest that you book to secure the date. Your date is not booked until we have the signed contract and the 50% retainer payment. We are really flexible and can accommodate design changes up until 30 days prior to the wedding. The only caveat is that total can’t change so much that it drops below 90% of the total at signing AND it can’t drop below our $5k minimum.
